The Little Giant 506807 6EC-CIA-SFS 1/3 hp, 3180 GPH, 115-volt sump/effluent pump is designed for versatility, making it suitable for use as a sump pump, light effluent pump, or emergency water transfer pump. With the ability to handle up to 1/2-inch solids and a 1.5-inch FNPT discharge, this pump is efficient in various applications. Additionally, the polypropylene base helps prevent rust stains on floors when used as an emergency water transfer pump, providing added convenience.

Constructed to be durable and long-lasting, this pump features an epoxy-coated cast iron cover, housing, and volute, as well as a nitrile/carbon/ceramic mechanical shaft seal, and a cold-rolled steel shaft. It also incorporates upper and lower ball bearings for improved performance. The energy-efficient 115-volt, 5 Amp, 600-Watt PSC (permanent split capacitor) motor ensures continuous duty operation, while the standard 10-foot power cord adds convenience.

Equipped with automatic operation, the pump includes a snap-action float switch that activates the pump when water levels reach 8 to 11 inches and shuts it off when water levels drop to between 2 and 5 inches. With the ability to handle up to 1/2-inch semi solids, this pump is suitable for light effluent waste.
