It boasts a 1-1/2 inch FNPT discharge with an 18-foot maximum head. The motor housing is made of durable cast iron and is oil-filled for lifetime lubrication and quick heat dissipation. Additionally, it comes equipped with a polycarbonate cover and polypropylene volute-base. A garden hose adapter is included for added utility.

The pump is powered by a 1/3HP shaded pole motor with overload protection and comes with a 10-ft. cord, making it suitable for continuous duty. It is important to note that this pump does not come with a switch. The construction of the pump also ensures longevity, with features such as a continuous duty motor with thermal overload protection, epoxy-coated cast iron housing, upper and lower bearings, corrosion-resistant steel motor shaft, and non-clog impeller which help to prolong its lifespan.
